Terence Blanchard

In “When the Levees Broke”

Terence Blanchard is a jazz trompetist from New Orleans who works a lot with Spike Lee (Jungle Fever, Crooklyn, 4 little Girls, She hate me, When the Levees Broke etc). So for the Spike Lee fan, he might be familiar to you.
I’m really feeling his music right now! Very powerful.
And he scores the new Spike Lee movie as well, Miracle at St. Anna.

“Mantra”

Check out this video, it’s really beautiful.

Enjoy !

“Dear Mom”

“Flow”

“Transform”

One of my Favorite!

“Ashe”

“Funeral Dirge”

I can die happy listening to ‘Mantra,’ I going have to listen to the rest of the tracks to see if it has the same blissful effect on me.
